2013 ANC

Good Morning,
Today is Jesse's weekly appointment at PCH. Her Anc went up 700 points from 1300 to 2000. That is great news, as it shows she is making bone marrow. Her platelets are rising slowly, but not enough to get the flu shot. She will have her next appointment in 2 weeks. If her platelets are not at 50, they will transfuse her so she can get her depovara shot and she can also get the flu shot at that point.
Friday is the big mile stone for Jesse. She will be getting her broviac out!!! She is so excited to not have those tubes hanging from her chest. She will be able to shower (and really get wet)or take a bath. The down side is, any meds or transfusions will have to be done through a arm IV. Jesse is more than willing to endure a little pain in place of the broviac.
Our trip to Prescott, was nice and cool. A huge thank you to Gary and Liz for opening their guest home to us. We had fun just walking around town, seeing a movie and just hanging out.
Thank you for all who continue to pray for Jesse, to keep her body clear of Leukemia !!
Much Love,
Team Catron

I will be thinking of you on Friday, one day shy of your one year anniversary! We find out next Friday if you are going to have a nephew or another niece! Love you Jesse!

I was just starting an email to Dee to find out how you all were doing, but decided to check your site first - this is great news! We absolutely are keeping up the prayers and so glad they are being answered! I have had several friends ask about Jesse lately, so I will put out the good word. Thank you for keeping all us prayer warriors up-to-date!

Much love and prayers from the Suazo house!

Glad to hear things are looking up. Jesse I'm sure you'll enjoy a dip in the pool, a hot tub, a long shower, all those things you've been missing. Enjoy girl.

Keep up the good work and remember that your Oregon friends are still thinking about you all every day. Now go and punch your Dad in the arm for me (he might appreciate you picking the one that doesn't hurt, or do they both hurt??? Ha Ha. All our best!!

Jesse, our hearts are doing a whirling dance of joy for you, seeing as how our old bodies can't do it! So thrilled to hear the good report, and that your broviac is coming out tomorrow. I will be praying for a pain-free (or almost, anyway)procedure. God is doing so many GREAT works, and your healing is definitely one of them! "Aunt" Juanita is another one. She had foot surgery, Oct. 2nd. Two toes on one foot, one on the other, shaved, straightened and pins put in them, sticking out at the end of her toes. She is 78 years old. She has had very little pain, and is healing so quickly, the Dr. was able to take the stitches out today, and told her she could take the bandages off and wear short sports socks in her special shoes she has to wear. She gets the pins out in another 2-3 weeks. That is a very, very painful surgery, yet she has had very little. God is so good!

We are praising God you had a good time in Prescott. We had been praying you would.

Our love and prayers always,
Grandma and Grandpa

Aspire to inspire before you expire.
