Day 11 of Recovery- ANC 0

Last night was pretty bumpy. Jesse threw up and went to the bathroom countless times. We both didn't get much sleep, hence the delay of the blog. We definitely needed those extra hours of beauty rest.

Jess has been sleeping a lot since I've been here. They put her on this "pain relief" medication that doesn't help at all, but it does make her extremely tired. Like I've said before, it is much better if Jesse is sleeping through her pain than being awake for it.

Since Jesse didn't get that harsh chemo treatment, we are hoping for a fast recovery. Her nurse said that she already had some Monocytes and that her Hemoglobin has pretty much stayed the same since we've been here. This is good news!!!

Please pray that the rest of this day goes as smoothly as possible. Jesse has been feeling a lot of pain in her chest also. Just pray that God will keep his big, strong and powerful hands on her.

Thank you all for you support.

Much love,

"Blessed be the Lord, who daily loads us with benefits, even the God of our salvation." Psalms 68:19
"You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for you have created all things, and for your pleasure they are and were created." Revelation 4:11

I have been praising God all day for you, Jesse Girl, and the family. Praising Him for His great love; praising Him for giving you grace and strength and determination to stay true to Him during this illness, and for your fighting spirit. He has blessed us all with so many every-day, take-it-for-granted blessings that we don't even think about. Every time we make a decision to smile, not frown; speak nicely instead of harshly or grumble; love instead of criticize, He blesses us, and we bless others.

I am trusting you have a good day and a better night, and you continue to heal.

We love you so very much, and hope you can feel our arms around you.

You are so right. The Lord will keep His big, strong, powerful and loving hands on her. I pray that it will be as if she is touching the hem of His garment and having the faith of a warrior. Stay strong and continue to pray for Jesse, when shes sleeping just say those prayers and attacks all thoughts of doubt and fear right in the moment. Praise God that everything is going in the right direction.

Much Love,
