Night with Matt - ANC 8

Yesterday was a good day. Matt spent the night last and we had a pretty good night. We played Skip-Bo and Matt cheated =) jk

Today my ANC is 8! And today I get a unit of blood because it is only 8.1 Hopefully tomorrow it will be zero so I can start building my ANC again to go home =P

Also, Yesterday a therapy dog named Diva came in and I got to spend some time with her.

(Matt here:) Hey everyone Last night went really well we talked and laughed and had a visitor Ethan Terra. He brought Jesse this HUGE white bunny!!! that she slept with half of the night. thanks man.

*Well she feels great and the ANC is really low!!!!!!

Thank you all for your prayers and support, God Bless!

An older, tired-looking dog wandered into my yard.
I could tell from his collar and well-fed belly that he had a home and was well taken care of.

He calmly came over to me, I gave him a few pats on his head;
He then followed me into my house, slowly walked down the
hall, curled up in the corner and fell asleep.

An hour later, he went to the door, and I let him out.

The next day he was back, greeted me in my yard, walked inside and resumed his spot in the hall and again slept for about an hour.
This continued off and on for several weeks.

Curious I pinned a note to his collar: 'I would like to find out who the owner of this wonderful sweet dog is, and ask if you are aware that almost every afternoon your dog comes to my house for a nap.'

The next day he arrived for his nap, with a different note pinned to his collar:
'He lives in a home with 6 children, 2 under the age of 3 - he's trying to catch up on his sleep.
Can I come with him tomorrow?'

Hi Jesse,
Pastor Todd shared today about your bone marrow test and how it came back cancer free - you should of heard the applause! All of us at CCS are rejoicing with you!

Our prayers are still with you that every day you feel better and better. We pray that your time at home would be great too.

"My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be above all the earth." Psalms 57:7,11

Greetings, Jesse and Catron family: our whole church is rejoicing with you, and sending praises to our loving Almighty Father for His goodness and faithfulness to you. We are all praying for quick, painless recovery, and that you are homeward bound very soon! God is so good, all of the time. We can't praise Him enough.

Your pink bunny is really cute, and brings some fresh color to your room, I'm sure.

Love you all so very, very much--

What a blessing! I am so happy to hear that your ANC count is lower. Praying tomorrow with the blood infusion that your count is up, but your ANC is DOWN!!!!

Blessings,

Love,
Sammy
