Hello Everyone, Matthew Kirkham here

I was told that Jesse had a pretty restless sleep last night because of her stomach pains. Since 9:00 a.m. she has thrown up 3 times, so she has recently been given Ativan to help with her nausea, and maybe help her get some more rest. Since Jesse has been eating like a true football player, the doctors ordered for her to be taken off the TPN and lipids. Were praying that when she wakes up she will have an appetite, because Jesse is dreading to be put back on them if she is not able to eat anymore.

Throughout this process, Jesse has done extremely well. It is a good feeling to see her up, smiling and laughing every once in a while. It makes things go by quicker and easier.

We received her ANC today, it has lowered to 2,457! Though it does seem to still be high, by the end of her chemo treatment it will have dropped back down to zero.

I want to give a special thanks to Pete and all who is has been helping out. I thank you for being so kind and generous.

GOD IS GOOD!!!

Hey Three Amigo's!!!
Thank you for taking care of our Jesse while we are home sick. One more day of chemo, and its recovery from there. I hope the rest of your day goes well.
Love and Prayers,
The Momma

Did rust get to the iron stomach and create a hole, Jesse Girl? I am so sorry! Guess we will have to patch it up with prayer, and start again. Just remember, Darling; this too shall pass.-- Have you ever thought to check out how many times that phrase is in the Bible? Sometime back,I started noting how many times I came across "And it came to pass" and, "And this too shall pass" while reading the Bible. I was amazed! Then I lost my list of numbers.:) Every time I see the phrase, though, I have to read before and after it, to see what happened.
We will just keep praying, praising and trusting, and God WILL bring the healing! Don't give up the fight!

We love you, Sweetheart, heaps and heaps,
Grandma and Grandpa

Stink! I was hoping you'd still be chowing through the hot pockets! It was awesome to see you up a bit more yesterday and laughing. You bless me girlie. Maybe we played cards too long. :(

Praying you feel better and can eat some more. Love to you all!

Hi Everyone

I made it back safe to Oregon yesterday. Thanks for allowing me to spend time with you all and for letting your Dad and I get some time together to laugh and tell "remember when" stories that seemed to happen everytime we got together in our youth. The smiles and the laughter felt so good. Jesse I wanted to give you several big hugs while I was there but would have felt so bad if I passed on a germ that you certainly didn't need. I did get two hugs out of Kota though so the next one she gives you, that one's from me. I do have great faith and belief that you will recover from this horrible disease, and in turn your life will never be the same. None of us know's how long our ride here on earth will be. So try to live each day with the three L's in mind...LIVE, LAUGH, and LOVE. What I witnessed in the hospital with the family and friend support you have Jesse, is that your future is full of all three. Put that all together with your faith, and I see a lifetime of smiles and happiness ahead for you.

All of you Catron's are special to me, and I really hope it won't be another 8 years before we get together again. As you could tell, your Dad and I go way back, short shorts and all. And we proved one thing when we saw each other last weekend. When you have a real true friend, it doesn't matter how long it is between visits. It seemed more like I saw him the day before, not 8 years ago. The only sad thing we came up with while I was there besides the Leukemia was how nice it would have been for us to raise our families closer together; where all of our kids could have played ball together, gone camping, gone to school together, all the growing up stuff. But that wasn't meant to be.

Keep brightening up everyones day Jesse with that wonderful smile of your's. Dakota, you're a "great" big sister for being there. McKenzie, little sisters couldn't get any better than you. Lindsay, I wish I could have seen you too, and I hope you are well. Clent and Deanna, you have wonderful children, which says a lot about you both. I'm proud to have you as my friends. Hi to Mama Stella as well. Love to you all.

HEY GUYS! iM so glad that you are doing better Jesse. We think and pray for you a lot. I'm sorry that I have not been on recently...like my last excuse,...I've been real busy. Matt....I'm so glad that you are caring to Jesse, i don't think any other bf that she has had, would have been as thoughtful as you. In the end of all this, she will be so thankful and feel blessed that God has sent her an Angel to help her through it all!! Dekotah!....Hey girl! Tell your mom and dad to keep the vitamin C's pumped up, and keep off pork for 30 days...it'll prevent AND help a cold! I've done it myself...it works!and take 1000-2000 C's a day on a regular basis. And I hope that you are doing good yourself. I know that when we have to be strong to look strong, that can be hard at times. I know that if one of my sibs came down really sick, i would look strong, but that would make me weak mentally. Jesse is so blessed to have a family like you guys. keep praying,...and i will pray for you, that God will send you the strength that you need.

GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!

Hey Jess,

My sister, Vangela, asked me what I wanted for my birthday and Chistmas this year and, since I own pretty much everything a guy could possibly want, I told her to find someone to donate some money to.

She told me about you and sent me the link to your page.

I just wanted to say that I hope your health improves and you can overcome this horrible time in your life.

It's always nice to have people to support you during times of need. Trust me, without people who care in dark times we are nothing.

So, you can email me at BLAMPEE@gmail.com if you ever need anything or if you just need to talk. Please let me know if there is anything specific that I could get you for Christmas or anything.
