Day 6 of Recovery

Hi Friends and Family,

Sorry this is so late. I left at 6:30am to work at home, and back to the hospital by 1:30. When I arrived she was ready for her CT scan. They are trying to figure out why she is so nauseated and the constant fever. All the technician's comment on how beautiful Jesse is. She has a perfect shaped head with piercing blue eyes.

She continues to receive blood transfusions and platelets to keep her levels at the minimum. She is amazing, she never complains about all the equipment and lines hooked up to her. Baxter has become so heavy with all the medications hanging from it.

I guess while we where at the scan she missed the Harlem Globtrotters. Clent missed a game of hoops in the playroom. That would have been a sight to behold.

With all the hustle and bustle, remember to love your kids and spouse today.

Much Love,

Team Catron

Hello Jesse and Family,
It is 9 PM here, and we just got home from a Christmas dinner sponsored by our Sunday School Teacher. I have been so burdened for you, Jesse, all night and day. I am really glad to see your journal and know it was because Mom was busy, that it was so late.
God has something good and wonderful in the near future for you, as we stand firm with our faith anchored in Him. We don't want to miss out on a blessing because it isn't packaged the way that we expect.
One of the ladies in our church had a young granddaughter who had cancer in one of her hips. We all prayed, the CT scans, and all the tests they gave her, could not find any cancer. Her hip, which had jutted way out to one side, is going back into alignment where it belongs. Praise His name! God delights in dong miracles and wonders for His children. Keep drawing ever closer to Him, and keep the faith. Your turn is coming!
We are both wishing we could go out and help in some way. Grandpa sometimes thinks he can't stand it much longer; he wants to go out so bad, and just do something!
We love you all dearly, and are continually praying for you,
Grandma and Grandpa

Jesse,

Sorry you aren't feeling so hot lately. I got to talk to Dakota some this weekend at the Christmas party and at church on Sunday. I want to tell you, that you have an amazing sister that loves you very much. She asked how our visit went with you. I let her know it was a little awkward, because it was my first time meeting you, but it was awesome. I let her know how good you looked and that you were in good spirits. She was expressing how much she wants to be with you. Then I prayed with her, asking our God to give you and the whole entire family strenghth to keep moving forward and to trust in the Lord.

I'm blown away at the hearts of your family members each time I meet them, or simply read their posts here on the blog. I thank the Lord for their presence in your life!

I agree with your Grandma, God has something very awesome planned for you. Keep seeking His face!!

Praying for you and your family!

Jeremy

Hey Jesse girl - praying they find out whats causing your nausea to be so severe. Praying for wisdom for the doctors and nurses caring for you.

Deanna - praying for strength for you as you care for Jess and maintain your business. Huge hugs, and continued prayers.

Hi Deanna,
Does Dakota still need a ride tomorrow (Wednesday)? I heard she may not. I'll call ya.

I'm sure you've asked the doctors for some anti nausea meds. Barbara was just telling me that she didn't know they had them. No one told her until recently.

Anyway, we are praying for you all. Jesse, you are a trooper and the Lord is close to your heart even through this.

Love,
the Krombein's
