Well, it sounds like our last outing to storage was not well received??? Hmmm-we let her out again today. She got to go back to the hospital, but this time a different building that she has never been to. They had to take some blood to see what her counts are before readmitting her on Wednesday morning. Her ANC needs to be at least 1000. I think this is the first time she is praying for a really low ANC to be able to stay home a few more days.
We where able to put up our Christmas tree and a few decorations yesterday, so Jesse was able to see them before she is re-admitted. This will be a very different Christmas for our family, as we will not be together. Our plans are for Dakota to stay Christmas eve with Jesse, so Clent and I can wake up with Mckenzie at home. Later we will go to the hospital to be with Dakota and Jesse. Also, if flu season is well underway, Mckenzie will not be able to see Jesse at all. People-please get your flu shots and not spread it around this year.
Today she is not feeling well, she did throw up a few times, and has not eaten yet. We are hoping as we give her the anti-nausea meds, she will feel better. It has been such a blessing to be all together this past 7 days. We have learned not to sweat the small stuff, and cherish every moment we have with each other.
A big thank you to Mark (Matts Dad) he made us dinner last night. WOW, it was awesome. I am counting down the minutes to lunch so I can have leftovers.
Thank you all again for traveling this journey with us, we are so blessed.
